  • We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Payment & Insurance Policy

  • Chiropody services are not covered by OHIP.
  • Payment is required at the time of service.
  • We do not offer direct billing; patients submit insurance claims themselves.

  • Missed appointments due to weather-related issues will not be subject to our usual cancellation policy.
