- OHIP Coverage: Chiropody services are not covered by OHIP.
- Full Payment at the Time of Service: All patients are required to pay in full at the time of their appointment.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
2. Insurance Policy
- No Direct Billing: We do not offer direct billing services to insurance companies.
- Receipts for Submission: Patients will be provided with detailed receipts that meet insurance requirements.
- Patient Responsibility: It is the patient’s responsibility to submit claims to their insurance provider.
- No Refunds or Adjustments: We do not issue refunds or partial adjustments for services that are not covered by insurance.
3. Service Recommendations
- Based on Clinical Need: Our treatment recommendations are based solely on what the patient requires for their health.
- No Insurance-Driven Services: We will not provide unnecessary services solely because a patient’s insurance covers them.
4. Administrative Fees
- Insurance Forms and Special Documents: Requests for insurance-specific forms, custom letters, reports, or other special documentation will incur a reasonable administrative fee.
- Fee Disclosure: Fees will be disclosed prior to preparing any requested documents.
5. Discounts and Promotions
- No Discounts: We do not offer discounts, promotions, or special rates, regardless of the patient’s insurance coverage.
